1. BINDING EFFECT & INCORPORATION
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge you have read and accepted the specific conditions regarding delivery timelines, inspection requirements, and restocking fees found in those documents.
2. PRODUCT CONDITION & VIN VERIFICATION

Inventory: Precision Auto Parts Group specializes in used and rebuilt OEM parts. You acknowledge that parts may show signs of wear, cosmetic blemishes, or surface rust consistent with age.

VIN Verification: We provide a "VIN-Verified Fitment Guarantee" based on the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) provided by the customer. Precision Auto Parts Group is not liable for fitment issues resulting from an incorrect VIN submission.
3. STANDARD 30-DAY WARRANTY

Warranty Period: Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing on your official invoice, all mechanical parts (including engines and transmissions) carry a Standard 30-Day "Parts Only" Warranty.

Coverage: The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. It covers the replacement or repair of the defective unit at our discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover labor costs, towing, rental car expenses, or incidental damages. Attached accessories (sensors, wiring, manifolds) are provided for convenience and are not covered under the mechanical warranty.

Voiding Warranty: The warranty is voided if the part is disassembled, modified, or installed incorrectly without our prior written authorization.
4. SMS & TEXT MESSAGING (TCR COMPLIANCE)
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you agree to the following:

Consent & Purpose: You provide express written consent to receive informational and conversational SMS/MMS messages regarding your part quotes, VIN verification, order status, and shipping updates.

Opt-In Method: Consent is obtained via an optional, un-pre-ticked checkbox on our contact and quote request forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. A final confirmation text will be sent to you.

5. SHIPPING & INSPECTION OBLIGATIONS

Inspection Policy: As detailed in our Shipping Policy, you must inspect all freight (LTL) shipments before signing the delivery receipt.

Liability: Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) constitutes an "In Good Condition" delivery and releases the carrier and Precision Auto Parts Group from further damage claims.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
