SYSTEM-DEPENDENT COMPONENT WARRANTY

All components supplied by PAS are used OEM, reconditioned, or re-manufactured units that have been inspected for basic functional integrity prior to shipment.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, for private, non-commercial use, and only to the vehicle in which the component is installed. This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty coverage applies strictly to the core functional operation of the supplied component and is valid for the duration specified on the invoice, beginning from the date of delivery.

PAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent unit in the event of an approved claim.

MECHANICAL & SYSTEM WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover failures resulting from system-related conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Contamination within the system (coolant, fuel, or air systems)

  • Failure to flush or clean system prior to installation

  • Blockages, restrictions, or leaks in related systems

  • Improper fuel quality or contaminated fuel

  • Improper airflow or vacuum leaks

  • Overheating due to cooling system issues

  • Failure of related components

Failures not directly attributable to the supplied part are not covered.

COVERED COMPONENTS (CORE FUNCTION ONLY)

Warranty coverage applies strictly to the primary function of the component itself.

All related or supporting components—including sensors, filters, hoses, clamps, seals, wiring, and connectors—are not covered and must be inspected, cleaned, or replaced as required by the installer.

WARRANTY VALIDATION REQUIREMENTS

To maintain warranty eligibility, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • Installation must be completed within 10 days of delivery

  • Installation must be performed by a qualified technician

  • Installation documentation must be submitted within 10 days of installation

  • Proper installation procedures must be followed

  • The root cause of the original issue must be identified and corrected

Failure to comply will result in void warranty coverage.

SYSTEM PREPARATION REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL CONDITION)

Proper system preparation is mandatory prior to installation.

The installer must ensure that the entire related system is:

  • Clean and free of contamination

  • Properly flushed (cooling system, fuel system, or intake system as applicable)

  • Free from blockages, leaks, or restrictions

  • Operating within manufacturer specifications

Failure to properly prepare the system may result in immediate failure of the component and is not covered under warranty.

IMPORTANT WARNING

These components are highly dependent on the condition of the surrounding systems. Improper system preparation is one of the most common causes of failure.

PAS shall not be responsible for failures caused by contamination, improper system cleaning, or unresolved vehicle issues.

IN THE EVENT OF A FAILURE (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT)

Under no circumstances should the component be opened, modified, or altered without prior written authorization from PAS.

The customer must contact PAS immediately upon discovering any issue. Unauthorized actions will result in void warranty.

INSTALLATION CHECKLIST (MANDATORY COMPLETION REQUIRED)

The installer must ensure that all necessary procedures are completed, including proper system flushing, replacement of filters, verification of fluid quality, inspection of hoses and connections, and confirmation of proper system operation after installation.

Failure to complete these procedures may result in improper performance or failure, which is not covered under warranty.

COMMON CAUSES OF FAILURE (NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY)

The following conditions are not covered:

  • Contaminated coolant or fuel

  • Failure to flush systems

  • Clogged lines or filters

  • Improper installation

  • Air leaks or vacuum issues

  • Overheating or pressure imbalance

  • Incorrect diagnosis

WARRANTY VOID CONDITIONS

Warranty will be considered void under the following conditions:

  • Installation beyond 10 days of delivery

  • Failure to provide required documentation

  • Unauthorized modification or disassembly

  • Improper installation or system preparation

  • Evidence of contamination or misuse

TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENFORCEMENT CLAUSES)

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by PAS. PAS reserves the right to inspect any component prior to approving a claim.

Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the purchase price of the part only. PAS shall not be liable for:

  • Labor costs

  • Diagnostic charges

  • Towing or rental expenses

  • Loss of use or downtime

All decisions made by PAS shall be final.

IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE

The customer must take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage and must provide complete documentation, including installation records and diagnostic reports.

The part must be returned to PAS for inspection prior to any resolution.
