IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Driveline Components Warranty Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Precision Auto Parts Group LLC (“PAS”). By purchasing, installing, or using any driveline component supplied by PAS, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this policy.
This policy applies to all drivetrain-related components including but not limited to front and rear axle assemblies, CV axles, half shafts, drive shafts, propeller shafts, and differential units (front, rear, or center).
DRIVELINE COMPONENT WARRANTY
All driveline components supplied by PAS are used OEM or reconditioned units that have been inspected for basic functional integrity prior to shipment.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, for private, non-commercial use, and only to the vehicle in which the component is installed. This warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty coverage applies strictly to the internal mechanical functionality of the component and is valid for the duration specified on the invoice, beginning from the date of delivery.
PAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent unit in the event of an approved claim.

This policy includes, but is not limited to, the following:
-
Front Axle Assembly
-
Rear Axle Assembly
-
CV Axle / Half Shaft
-
Drive Shaft / Propeller Shaft
-
Differential (Front)
-
Differential (Rear)

MECHANICAL PARTS WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover failures resulting from external conditions or improper usage, including but not limited to improper installation, incorrect gear ratio matching, lack of lubrication, contaminated fluids, failure of related drivetrain components, suspension or alignment issues, or misuse of the vehicle.
Failures not directly attributable to internal defects of the supplied component will not be considered under warranty.
COVERED COMPONENTS (INTERNAL MECHANICAL ONLY)
Warranty coverage applies strictly to internal lubricated and structural components, including gears, shafts, internal drive mechanisms, and internal moving parts.
External and wear-related components such as seals, bearings (where serviceable), bushings, mounts, boots, clamps, sensors, and attached accessories are not covered under warranty and must be inspected and replaced by the installer as required.
WARRANTY VALIDATION REQUIREMENTS
To maintain warranty eligibility, the following conditions must be strictly met:
-
Installation must be completed within 10 days of delivery
-
Installation must be performed by a qualified technician

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL CONDITION)
Proper installation is critical to the performance of all driveline components. The installer must ensure that all related systems—including suspension, drivetrain alignment, and supporting components—are inspected and in proper working condition prior to installation.
Correct lubrication using manufacturer-recommended fluids must be ensured prior to operation. Any contamination or incorrect fluid usage may result in immediate failure and is not covered under warranty.
IMPORTANT WARNING
Gear ratio compatibility and drivetrain matching are critical. Mismatched components can cause severe damage to the drivetrain, including transmission and differential failure.
PAS shall not be responsible for damage resulting from incorrect gear ratios, improper installation, or failure to verify compatibility.
IN THE EVENT OF A FAILURE (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT)
Under no circumstances should the component be opened, disassembled, or modified without prior written authorization from PAS.
The customer must contact PAS immediately upon discovery of any issue. Unauthorized actions will result in immediate voidance of warranty.
INSTALLATION CHECKLIST (MANDATORY COMPLETION REQUIRED)
The installer must ensure that all necessary procedures are completed, including verifying compatibility, ensuring proper alignment, inspecting related drivetrain components, replacing or servicing seals and fluids, and confirming correct installation and torque specifications.
Failure to complete required installation procedures may result in improper operation, noise, vibration, or failure, which are not covered under warranty.
COMMON CAUSES OF FAILURE (NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY)
The following conditions are not covered:
-
Improper installation or misalignment
-
Incorrect gear ratio matching
-
Lack of lubrication or contaminated fluid

TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENFORCEMENT CLAUSES)
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by PAS. PAS reserves the right to inspect any component prior to approving a claim.
Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the purchase price of the part only. PAS shall not be liable for labor, towing, rental, or incidental expenses.
All decisions made by PAS shall be final.
IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE
The customer must take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage and must provide complete documentation, including installation records and diagnostic reports.
The part must be returned to PAS for inspection prior to any resolution.
