Important Notice
Thank you for your purchase of a recycled engine from Precision Auto Parts Group LLC (“PAS”).
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, for private, NON-COMMERCIAL use, and only to the vehicle in which the product was originally installed. This warranty is strictly non-transferable.
In the event of a warranty-approved failure, PAS will repair or replace the part at its sole discretion, with replacement being the primary remedy. PAS reserves the right to replace a failed engine with a unit of equal or comparable quality, specification, and mileage availability.
This warranty is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product and does not cover any additional costs. This is a parts-only warranty.
The warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery (no exceptions).
Although PAS supplies a “Long Block” (engine block and cylinder head), certain accessories may be attached for convenience.
These components are not covered under warranty and may not be correct for your specific application. The installer is responsible for verifying compatibility and transferring or replacing components from the original engine where required.

In the Event of a Failure (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT)
DO NOT remove, disassemble, or attempt to repair the engine.
PAS must be contacted immediately and within 5 days of defect discovery, and prior to any work being performed, including removal.
