IMPORTANT NOTICE

This Supercharger Warranty Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Precision Auto Parts Group LLC (“PAS”). By purchasing, installing, or using any supercharger supplied by PAS, the customer agrees to be legally bound by this policy.

RECYCLED SUPERCHARGER WARRANTY

All superchargers supplied by PAS are used OEM or reconditioned units tested for basic operational functionality.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, for private use, and is non-transferable.

Coverage applies only to internal rotating components and is valid for the period stated on the invoice.

PAS reserves the right to repair or replace at its discretion.

MECHANICAL PARTS WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Not covered:

Improper installation
Belt misalignment or failure
Lubrication failure
Over-revving or misuse
Intake restrictions or airflow issues
Failure of related engine components

COVERED COMPONENTS (INTERNAL SUPERCHARGER ONLY)

Coverage includes:

Rotors
Internal gears
Bearings and internal moving parts

WARRANTY VALIDATION REQUIREMENTS

Install within 10 days
Installation by qualified technician
Submit documentation within 10 days
Correct root cause of failure

NON-COVERED ACCESSORIES

Not covered:

Pulley system
Belts
Sensors
External fittings

IMPORTANT WARNING

Superchargers depend on proper alignment, airflow, and lubrication. Improper setup may cause immediate damage.

IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT)

Do not remove or open the unit without PAS approval.

SUPERCHARGER INSTALLATION CHECKLIST

Installer must:

Verify alignment and fitment
Replace belts if required
Ensure proper lubrication
Inspect intake system
Confirm proper airflow

COMMON CAUSES OF FAILURE (NOT COVERED)

Belt failure or slippage
Misalignment
Improper installation
Engine-related issues

WARRANTY VOID CONDITIONS

Warranty is void if:

Installation requirements are not met
Unit is modified
Improper use is detected

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAS liability is limited to part cost only. No labor or incidental coverage.

IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE

All claims require documentation and part return.

FINAL NOTE

Proper installation and system alignment are critical to supercharger performance.
