IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Transmission Warranty Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Precision Auto Parts Group LLC (“PAS”). This policy applies to all aspects of the transaction, including product condition, installation, warranty coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and dispute resolution.
RECYCLED TRANSMISSION WARRANTY
All recycled transmissions supplied by PAS are used OEM, reconditioned, or remanufactured units that have been inspected and tested for functionality prior to shipment.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, for private, non-commercial use, and only for the vehicle in which the transmission was originally installed. This warranty is non-transferable.
Warranty coverage is strictly limited to the internal mechanical components of the transmission and is valid for the period specified on the invoice.
PAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or provide a comparable unit in the event of an approved warranty claim. Replacement units may be of equal or lower mileage depending on availability.
